A strong, energetic SATB chorus, movement 39 of the Messiah is fairly brief. Forte all the way through, it makes a good concert opener. The orchestra follows Handel's original score.
Eb
A majestic, triumphant aria for bass, featuring solo trumpet and full orchestral accompaniment. Movement 48 of Handel's Messiah, it speaks of the end of the world: how the dead will be raised, and the mortal will become immortal. Quite lengthy, as practically the entire four-minute aria is repeated after a short interlude.
D
A bouncy and fun arrangement of the well-loved children's song. Just like track 1180, but with fun animal sounds added in verses 4, 5, and 6! A short interlude between each verse gives a child time to choose and tell everyone the next action. Seven verses, with guitar, bass, and percussion.
Bb D E
Contemporary version of this hymn of praise and appreciation. Perfect for themes of appreciating what we have, or our environmental or natural world. Four verses, with the fourth modulating up a step. Upbeat contemporary sound features guitars and keyboards.
